Your vet clinic runs on evidence. Now your marketing can too.
We do the marketing for your vet clinic: we build the website and run the Google Ads and SEO.
Then we match the results against your practice software, like EzyVet, to show which new clients the marketing brought in, what they have spent since, and what came back for every dollar.

What we’ve done for the vet clinics we work with
Everything we build has two readers: pet parents choosing a vet, and Google deciding who to recommend.
Websites for vet clinics
Your site is built around what sets your clinic apart
We find what sets you apart in your reviews and your vets' backgrounds, then write it so a pet parent can picture it before they book.
Designed to a higher standard than vet websites usually get
Vet sites copy each other. Yours is built to the standard of the best-designed brands, so it looks as well run as they do.
Scroll animation that gets your whole story read
As a pet parent scrolls, one sentence fades in, holds, then makes way for the next, so the whole story gets read.
Simple code that Google and AI can read and recommend
To a pet parent the site looks polished and animated. Underneath, the code stays simple, so Google and AI can read every word and know what to recommend you for.

What a pet parent sees as a timeline, Google reads as a plain list
On a desexing page a pet parent sees the day as a timeline. Underneath it is a plain numbered list, which Google reads best.
Each page is about one service, so Google knows what to recommend you for
Each page covers one service, so when a pet parent asks Google what a cat vaccination costs, Google can point to your page.
A guide file that tells AI engines like ChatGPT what your clinic is
We add an llms.txt file, a plain guide that tells AI engines like ChatGPT what your clinic is and what each page covers.
SEO for vet clinics
You show up near the top for searches like vet near me
Your clinic sits high in the results for searches like vet near me, cat vaccination cost and vet open Saturday.
Found by every kind of pet parent, from a new puppy to a sick cat
A new puppy owner, a sick cat's owner and a family new to the suburb search differently. Your clinic is found by all three.
Your site grows to many more pages than the usual five or six
Most clinic sites stop at six pages. Yours adds pages for your services, key areas and vets: more pages Google can rank you for.
SEO that tells Google to recommend your clinic
We read your pages with the same tool Google uses to understand text (its Natural Language API), see where Google misreads your clinic, and fix it.

Your Google listing is set up in full and kept up to date
Primary and secondary categories, every service, your hours, vets and photos, all kept current the same week anything changes.
Google knows your clinic and your vets exist, so it can recommend you
Google only recommends businesses it knows exist. We make sure your clinic and each of your vets are on its map.
Proof to Google that you are a real local clinic
A post on the new dog park or snake season tells Google you are a real local clinic, which lifts you for vet near me.
Google Ads for vet clinics
Your ad stands out on a page of look-alike vet ads
Most vet ads say 'caring and experienced'. Yours says something true that none of them can, so a pet parent stops on it.
The ad matches what the pet parent searched for
Search "dog dental" and the ad leads with your dentistry, not a generic "vet near you."
Your Google rating shows in the ad, so pet parents arrive already trusting you
Your star rating from Google reviews appears under the ad itself, so a pet parent arrives already trusting you.
The account is built before a dollar is spent, then checked every week
A lot happens before your first ad shows, and every week after. One clinic's ad account alone produces 100 files and 14,034 rows of data a month. Every row gets read, so a search that starts wasting money is caught the same week.

Your ads are built before a dollar is spent
We read nearby clinics' ads and write yours to Google's Excellent score. Wasted searches and your own clients stay out.
Google learns from your real calls and bookings
Every call and booking is reported back to Google, so it shows your ad to more people like the ones who booked.
The account is checked and adjusted every week
Each week our software reads every search, call and click and flags what moved, like a suburb that has started calling.
Tracking & reporting for vet clinics
Every new client is traced to what brought them in
Each new client is tied to the ad or the search that brought them in, or listed as untracked if we cannot tell.
Every number is checked against your own practice software
Each caller and booker is looked up by name in your software, so revenue is real and anything we cannot trace counts as zero.
Each new client's spend is counted again every month
Each month's new clients stay in the report, so you watch their spend grow as they come back for dentals and vaccinations.
Every call, booking and form is counted from day one
Before any marketing runs, every call, booking and form is counted and tied to the ad or the search that caused it, so results are checkable from day one.

A tracking number on every call
The number on your site shows whether an ad, a search or your Google profile brought the call. Your front desk still answers.
Online bookings and forms are tied to the search or ad that started them
Each booking and form is tied to the ad or search that started it, then matched by name to the new client in your software.
Rankings, reviews and competitors are gathered every week
Where you rank, the reviews you and your competitors earn, and what pet parents do on your site, gathered every week.
We read every row of your marketing data each week, find what is bringing in new clients, and do more of it.
Your ads, rankings, calls and bookings produce tens of thousands of rows of data a week, more than any person could read. Our software, For Vets AI, reads all of it and ties every number to every other.
Together, those tools produce tens of thousands of rows of data a week. No person could read all that. For Vets AI reads and connects it all, every number tied to every other. Most weeks, that is how we find what to do more of: the suburb that has started calling, the service page that is winning, the ad that pays for itself. And when calls dip or a cost creeps up, it works back through the ads, the rankings, the pages, your competitors and the changes Google made that week, until it finds the likely reason. It brings that to us. We check it and decide what to do.

I design and run everything you've read on this page myself: the websites, the ads, the SEO, and the report. Vet clinics are the only businesses I work with.
How a web designer ended up working only with vet clinics is a longer story. It is on the About page.
FAQs
Am I locked into a contract?
It depends on how you start. If you pay for the Website, SEO & Google Ads build up front, there's nothing tying you in afterwards, and you can stop the marketing whenever you like. If you take the discounted build instead, that one comes with a 12-month marketing commitment, because the lower price is paid off over the year. Either way, we'll tell you exactly which one you're agreeing to before anything gets signed.
What happens if it doesn't work?
We don't do a money-back gimmick, because no one can honestly promise a result that Google and the market control. What we do instead is keep everything checkable: you see what was spent, how many pet parents called or booked, and what they went on to spend with you, matched against your own practice software, so it's never a case of taking our word for it. Many clinics cannot check at all: our research found 32% of the clinics we could assess cannot measure anything online.
How long until results?
It depends on the channel. Call and booking tracking goes in during the first week, so you can see every call and booking from the start. Google Ads usually settle and start improving over the first 4 weeks. SEO is the slow one: it builds over months rather than weeks, and keeps building the longer it runs. We won't give you a date, because anyone who does is guessing, but you'll be able to watch it move the whole way through.
How much of my time will this take?
Not much, and that's deliberate, because you've got a practice to run. The heaviest part is at the start, roughly 5 hours in the first few weeks, while we learn the clinic. After that it's about 30 minutes a month, mostly looking over the report and the odd decision only you can make, like whether to advertise a new service.
